Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic customer service expert to deliver exceptional client experience and improve retention and subscription renewals for valued customers.
The successful candidate will maintain a consistent cadence of client-facing activities designed to increase product adoption, deliver value to the customer, and increase the likelihood of renewals. This includes preparation and delivery of progress checks, license activation workshops, commercial reviews, and presenting progress check-ins developed with technical teams to drive customer conversations surrounding adoption, support cases, and licensing.
The customer service expert will manage the full renewal opportunity and all related forecasting activities. They will also develop strategic long-term plans with customers, project and manage adoption and implementation plans, and work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and renewal teams to provide a holistic customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in software sales and customer adoption, retention, and renewals. They will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience with renewal and recurring revenue models, and knowledge of technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud, and networking.
