Site Management Opportunity

Komatsu Morinish South, Queensland, Australia. A career-building opportunity for a Site Manager to join our Regional Service Team.

This pivotal role will have you at the helm of our Curragh Mammoth Mine site-based service team, supporting our customers as they operate a brand-new fleet of Komatsu equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage daily site and business operations.
  • Ensure site safety and maintain equipment.
  • Respond to breakdowns, staff scheduling, customer interaction, and reporting as per contractual obligations.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical/Electrical trade or engineering qualifications with underground coal mining experience on continuous miners, shuttle cars, and associated equipment.
  • Natural ability to build genuine relationships and mentor, support, and coordinate a team of service personnel.
  • Ability to monitor and report on product performance and lead continuous improvement processes.
