About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive leader to drive improvements in health, safety, wellbeing and environmental outcomes across our operations.

The newly created role will be pivotal in building and embedding a proactive, people‑focused health and safety culture across our teams.

  • Drive implementation of our HSE strategy, plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and practical support to operational leaders across multiple sites.
  • Investigate health, safety, and environmental incidents; identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Build capability at all levels through training, mentoring, and hands-on partnership.
  • Contribute to broader sustainability initiatives in collaboration with our Environment and Sustainability team.
  • Lead continuous improvement in HSE processes, reporting, and compliance across our operations.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

You are an HSE professional who thrives on creating safer, healthier workplaces.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in a similar HSE advisor or business partner role, ideally in transport, logistics or heavy industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in incident investigation and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills.
