About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Health and Safety Expert to join our logistics and supply chain organisation. This is a newly created role, pivotal in building and embedding a proactive, people-focused health and safety culture across our teams.

  • Drive implementation of our HSE strategy, plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and practical support to operational leaders across multiple sites.
  • Investigate health, safety, and environmental incidents; identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Build capability at all levels through training, mentoring, and hands-on partnership.
  • Contribute to broader sustainability initiatives in collaboration with our Environment and Sustainability team.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned HSE professional who thrives on creating safer, healthier workplaces and enjoys working in fast-paced operational environments. You'll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in a similar HSE advisor or business partner role, ideally in transport, logistics or heavy industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in incident investigation and driving continuous improvement.
