Job Title: Development / Construction Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled professional to spearhead our construction operations in Australia and New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios within construction organisations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice across construction, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onsite construction management of multiple agricultural developments in various locations
  • Manage key relationships with stakeholders, including processors, customers, WHS bodies, tradespeople, regulatory authorities, and employees
  • Civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation
  • Tendering and managing numerous sub-contractors
  • Leading the Construction Team of Supervisors
  • Travel between regional VIC and NSW
  • Providing strategic leadership and direction across multiple projects
