Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office professional to join our team.

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer systems are required

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing guest check-ins and outs, and accurately managing accounts.

You will also coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest, and maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests.

Requirements

Key Skills:

  • Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System

Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
