We have an exciting role available for a Customer Experience Assistant at our Santa photo sets.

This is a fantastic chance to develop your customer service and photography skills in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating magical experiences for children and their families.

  • You will work closely with our team to ensure that every family has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • You will be required to have a current Working with Children Check and/or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • You will need to have experience in Retail, hospitality or Customer Service.
  • You will also need to be available to start immediately and work a minimum of 5 days per week.
