Experience the magic of Christmas by joining our festive photo sets in shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand. As a Christmas Helper, you have the unique opportunity to create lifelong memories for families and make this festive season truly special.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can provide exceptional customer service, work well in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that every child's belief in the magic of Santa remains unshaken and that the festive season is a time of awe and delight for all.

The Opportunity

We are seeking Christmas Helpers in the Outer East Melbourne Region, including:

  • Stud Park
  • Malvern Central
  • Chirnside Park
  • Knox
  • Eastland

You will work closely with Santa and the rest of the team to capture magical Christmas moments. Your infectious enthusiasm and warm smile will create an atmosphere of delight, while your keen eye and attention to detail will help create cherished photos and memories that families will treasure for years.

About You- You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for families.- You are able to think quickly on your feet and provide creative solutions to any challenges that may arise.- You are available to work rostered hours from late October through December.- You are willing to obtain or have a current Working with Children Check and/or Police Check.

No Experience Required

Flexible hours and full training are provided. We will help you develop your customer service and photography skills in a fast-paced environment where you can work with children (and animals in our ever-popular Paws with Claus pet photography sessions).
