Job Description:

Create unforgettable moments for families this festive season. As a member of our Christmas Experience Team, you will be the friendly face guiding visitors through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome families and spread Christmas cheer
  • Help capture magical Santa photos
  • Ensure a fun, stress-free experience (for kids and adults)
  • Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is great with people (and pets) of all ages, cool under pressure, and a team player who loves making people feel welcome. You must have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance.
