Step into our enchanted photo world, where twinkling lights, smiling faces, and festive fun make every day an unforgettable experience. We are hiring Christmas Experience Team members across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be the friendly face creating magical moments for all of our visitors as you guide them through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish.

We are seeking a team to drive performance at sites in the Eastern Melbourne Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome families and spread Christmas cheer throughout the site.
  • Help capture magical Santa photos that families will treasure for years to come.
  • Ensure a fun, stress-free experience (for kids and adults alike).
  • Work collaboratively with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen.
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience.

All training is provided, hours are flexible, and the "office" is truly magical.
