Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to support educational goals and facilitate students' participation through improving functional capacity and providing developmental opportunities to students with a disability.
The successful applicant will be expected to satisfy child protection screening and adhere to the School's Child Safe Policies and Staff Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and provision of Occupational Therapy services
- Group, small group or individual service delivery through a consultative model
- Implementation of relevant informal and standardized assessments of skills
- Development and implementation of programs, strategies and materials to enable students to access goals set as part of Individual Learning Plans
- Provision of consultation, education services, resources, strategies, advice and support for families and members of the college trans-disciplinary team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent
Desirable:
- Some experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
