As a Automotive Glass Repairer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the automotive glazing industry.

You will be responsible for undergoing comprehensive training and certification in the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing program. This will enable you to acquire the necessary skills and competencies to repair and replace glass on various types of motor vehicles to Australian Standards.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that customers receive a first-class service. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve this goal.

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior retail or automotive experience is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing program
  • Develop skills to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian Standards
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Candidate focused and takes pride in delivering an awesome experience to customers
  • Driver's licence (Manual preferred)
  • Reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn the trade
