Job Title: Customer Experience Advocate

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, active listening, and analysis skills.

This role involves working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with experience in call centre and/or remote environments highly regarded.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months full-time work experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility to work a rotating roster, and the ability to learn new technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
