Job Title: Customer Experience Advocate
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, active listening, and analysis skills.
This role involves working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with experience in call centre and/or remote environments highly regarded.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 6 months full-time work experience in a similar field
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility to work a rotating roster, and the ability to learn new technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- 20% penalty rates for late shifts
- Time and a half for weekend shifts
- One-off work-from-home allowance
