Job Opportunity: Child Education Specialist

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Child Education Specialist to join our team. As an educator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that foster a lifelong love of learning in children.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
  • Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to local primary schools, and positive experiences within the community.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for children, allowing for unique and individual interests and strengths.
  • Support the centre to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.

Requirements:

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
