Insurance Expert WantedWe are seeking a skilled insurance expert to join our dynamic team in the offshore oil and gas sector.
This is a standalone role offering a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance within the O&G or marine sectors, with a solid understanding of regional requirements and operational risk.
They will be responsible for leading annual renewals of personnel and commercial insurance policies across various Asia Pacific countries, managing and coordinating all insurance claims, and providing strategic and operational insurance advice to ensure adequate cover across all departments and projects.
- Lead annual renewals of personnel and commercial insurance policies across various Asia Pacific countries.

- Provide strategic and operational insurance advice to ensure adequate cover across all departments and projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers and external partners.
- Support insurance budget planning and compliance across the region.
- Ensure all insurance-related activities align with internal standards and industry best practices.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of experience in insurance or risk management within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore industry, as well as tertiary qualifications in Legal Studies, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
They will also demonstrate a strong understanding of the Asia Pacific regulatory environment and operational offshore activities.
