Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager

This is a senior leadership role that will drive excellence in offshore operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring HSE Leads and Rig HSE Advisors, leading audits, compliance, and medical support activities, representing the company in meetings with regulators, customers, and senior management, and supporting the roll-out of corporate HSE alerts, advisories, and improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in health and safety or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the offshore drilling industry and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key requirements include:

  • Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and influence HSE culture across diverse teams

  • Operational experience is preferred, though candidates without prior HSE experience are still considered
