Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

A Bakery shop seeks a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead, mentor and motivate team members through regular meetings.

  • Leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and assisting on the floor.
  • Collaborating with Area Managers to ensure the Restaurant meets high standards.
  • Recruiting and rostering a team of 10-30 employees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting performance reviews for team members, supporting their development, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.
  • Pursuing excellence - You will be driven, self-motivated, and bring a positive energy, empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leadership - With at least 2+ years' experience leading teams in fast-paced customer service environments, you will thrive in this role.
  • Ownership - Demonstrating resilience & perseverance, you will run your restaurant as if it's your own, knowing we support you when needed.
  • Trust - As a manager, you will create an environment of honesty & transparency, keeping commitments and inspiring loyalty.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years' experience leading teams in fast-paced customer service environments.
  • Prioritizing passion, leadership, ownership, and trust.
