Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced restaurant manager to lead our team. As a cafe manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring that all aspects of service meet the highest standards.

About the role:

  • Manage a high-volume restaurant, leading a dynamic and motivated team.
  • Perform all aspects of restaurant service, including running a shift, managing staff, and maintaining high standards.
  • Create staffing rotas and manage all staff, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation.
  • Promote and market the business, overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

About You:

  • You will have excellent presentation and professionalism, with great communication skills and honesty and authenticity in your approach.
  • A solid understanding of food and beverages is essential, as well as a positive can-do attitude.
  • You must be able to work flexible hours, consisting of both day and night shifts.
  • RSA and relevant Business Management qualification or higher are highly desirable.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Benefits include employee discount and free drinks.
Schedule: 10 hour and 8 hour shifts available.
Supplementary Pay: Tips.
Work Authorisation: Australia preferred.
Work Location: In person.
