Medical Device Systems Test Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Systems Test Expert to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To design, develop, and implement system test solutions for complex electromechanical assemblies and combination products.
  • To lead the review and analysis of system specifications and spearhead the development of next-generation test equipment fixtures and processes.
  • To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and manufacturing sites to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • To mentor junior engineers and promote Design for Excellence (DfX) initiatives.
  • To create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum 10 years' experience in the medical device sector, with hands-on experience in systems test processes.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and tools for data interpretation, trend identification, and solution implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with at least 5 years of end-to-end project management experience.
  • A strong technical foundation with a pragmatic and creative approach to problem-solving.
