Key Responsibilities:
  • Technological Innovation: Stay updated with emerging trends and lead the integration of innovative technologies into our systems and processes.
  • Strategic System Design: Lead the planning and design of our software systems, considering scalability requirements and future product roadmap to ensure long-term sustainability and adaptability.
  • Problem-Solving Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the development team in tackling complex technical challenges and facilitating innovative solutions.
  • Align Stakeholder Goals: Facilitate collaboration between business, product, and R&D teams to ensure alignment of goals and promote a unified strategic direction.
  • Optimize R&D Processes: Drive the evolution and scaling of R&D workflows, identify and reduce friction points, and implement tools and practices to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as technical leadership or software architecture.
  • Experience with analytical databases and data optimization solutions.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes, architectural patterns, and design principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging technology trends and successfully drive the adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively aligning goals and facilitating decision-making among diverse stakeholders.
