Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Technology Strategist to play a critical role in shaping our technological roadmap.The Technology teams are responsible for ensuring that our employees have the best possible technology experience and that our products meet the trust of our consumers, customers, investors, and staff.You will work closely with cross-functional architecture groups to drive our overarching technology vision for the business.Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, enterprise network, security, and employee-facing technology platforms.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with team members from Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workforce Identity to capture requirements and influence decision-making.
  • Ensure architectural integrity and scalability of our security systems and staff-facing platforms.
Key Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technologies, security technology and controls, workforce identity and access management technologies, cloud technologies, and software architecture patterns.
  • Extensive experience in related roles, ideally 10+ years, including 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD & FinOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
