Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

About the Role

Tidal Solutions provides specialist maintenance services to the Mining industry, offering fixed plant engineering, fabrication, project works, and complete maintenance solutions.

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors with Boilermaker experience to lead teams on mine sites in a FIFO role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop your team while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Workflow Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and monitor workflows with clients and internal teams.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Professionalism: Maintain professionalism on-site and with clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years mining supervisory experience.
  • Qualifications: Trade certificate in Boilermaking or Mechanical discipline.
  • Training: Supervisory training (Appointed Persons).
  • Certifications: Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets.
  • Licenses: Valid Driver's Licence, clean police clearance, and full Australian working rights.
  • Preferred Qualification: Rio Tinto induction (preferred or willing to obtain).
