Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate nurses who can provide high-quality patient care, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, conduct regular health assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Administer medications & treatments as prescribed
  • Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care
