Senior Healthcare Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to elderly residents in aged care facilities across Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care, administering medications & treatments as prescribed, conducting regular health assessments and monitoring residents' conditions. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery, provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
