About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive food innovation in a luxurious hotel setting.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine, managing kitchen operations, and mentoring junior chefs. They will be responsible for creating menus that showcase their creativity and attention to detail, while ensuring exceptional service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that meet the highest culinary standards.
  • Lead a team of skilled chefs and support staff to achieve exceptional results in food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a senior chef in a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Proven ability to train and develop junior chefs, promoting career growth and retention.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, kitchen operations, and food safety management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
