Technical Training and Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Training and Development Manager to oversee the creation, delivery, and optimization of technical training programs for our tax team. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and diverse team and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to deliver timely and relevant training programs addressing tax technical training needs by level and market.
  • Manage national technical training schedule and Learning and Development budget, ensuring training is appropriately delivered and received by relevant stakeholders.
  • Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by tax team members.
  • Lead national training projects as required, preparing ad hoc project reports and status updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (>5 years postgraduate experience), including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime. Experience in managing a holistic technical development program, ability to critically analyze technical materials, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
