Corporate Tax Expertise Opportunity

A dynamic position has become available for a Senior Consultant to join our Corporate Tax team in Adelaide.

This key role involves delivering exceptional tax services to leading ASX listed companies and multinational inbound investors, with a focus on corporate tax matters including M&A, consolidations, restructures, and financing.

  • Deliver taxation services for allocated corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance and tax accounting calculations.
  • Assist in the delivery of full-spectrum corporate taxation advisory services, tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to bring expertise to clients, focusing on international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy, and transactions.

You will be responsible for supervising junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to a positive team culture.

Key Skills:
  • Australian corporate income tax experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier accounting firm.
  • Developing client-facing skills with confidence to contribute to client meetings and build a network.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct, well-informed recommendations.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex engagements, work well in a team, and have a high attention to detail.
