About the role
- We require an experienced leader to guide the payroll and reporting teams to agreed service levels.
- You will develop team members' knowledge, competence and capability through regular coaching and feedback.
- You will facilitate collaboration across the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure remuneration and payroll services meet business needs.
- Ensuring compliance across all elements of taxation, superannuation, Award compliance and contractual obligations is crucial.
- You will identify opportunities for process improvement when dealing with complex data sets.
- Delivering high-quality reporting requirements within tight timeframes is essential.
- You will lead the optimisation of remuneration and reporting systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
About you
- A qualification in Business, Human Resources, or project management would be beneficial.
- You must be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach is necessary.
- Experience in HR processes and procedure development is required.
- Interpreting and applying provisions of industrial agreements and Awards is a key requirement.
- Designing and developing visual analytical data is an important skill.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
