Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field investigations and client interviews to determine work scope and cost estimates for a project's mechanical aspects.
- Lead a team in the design, development, modification, and evaluation of mechanical systems, components, and processes.
- Develop conceptual designs for mechanical engineering projects or projects having specialised or unique requirements.
- Support preparation of estimates, staffing needs, and schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
- Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) accreditation in Mechanical discipline.
- Extensive experience with slurry pumping and slurry piping system design.
