Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and equipment.

In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for analysing complex engineering problems and developing effective solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Analyse complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop labour utilisation standards and analyse workforce utilisation.
  • Determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies.
  • Organise and manage project labour and coordinate the delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, project specifications, and engineering standards.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and deliver results within deadlines.
