Migration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Migration Professional to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Registered Migration Agent and hold a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice. A strong understanding of visa categories, migration legislation, and Department of Home Affairs procedures is essential.

  1. Advise clients on suitable visa options and assess eligibility based on their unique personal and professional circumstances.
  2. Prepare, organise, and submit complete visa applications in accordance with Department of Home Affairs requirements.
  3. Manage ongoing communication with the Department of Home Affairs, including responding to requests, monitoring application statuses, and providing timely updates to clients.
  4. Assist clients in visa appeal or review processes before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), including the preparation of arguments and supporting documents.
  5. Support senior migration agents with research, casework, and the development of process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with education providers, employers, and other relevant third parties to obtain necessary documents and support the visa application process.
  • Dealing with a high volume and fast pace workload.
