Leadership Opportunity: Concrete Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to lead our projects with high quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in liaising with stakeholders and workers
  • Able to identify potential issues and deficiencies, and ensure all workers follow up-to-date drawings
  • Proven track record of maintaining quality work practices and adhering to site safety rules and statutory legislation
  • Ability to assist and mentor workers, coordinate job progress, subcontractors, and labour requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience on commercial projects, preferably as a supervisor or team leader
  • Excellent project planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in motivating and guiding teams

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time employment available, with a regular 8-hour shift
