Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge in commercial management?

The Associate Director, Commercial – Housing Programs is a key role within our organisation, responsible for supporting various commercial, financial, transactional and governance related matters over multiple competitive funding rounds.

As a senior leader, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and other teams to prepare, negotiate, review and finalise market-facing tender documentation, internal evaluations, and full-form contract documentation.

You will lead the preparation, assessment, and evaluation of recommendations and reports for funding rounds, as well as develop transaction process strategies, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to prepare, negotiate, review and finalise commercial documents
  • Lead the preparation, assessment and evaluation of funding round recommendations and reports
  • Develop transaction process strategies, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations
  • Manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Law, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in commercial management or a related field
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with ability to review and interpret financial models
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
