System Integration Professional

We're seeking a skilled System Integration Professional to join our Client Solutions team. As part of this role, you will support the deployment and configuration of software to meet customer requirements.

  1. Support customer implementation projects ensuring solutions involving multiple technologies work as a whole to provide desired functionality.
  2. Act as a technical escalation point for customer projects.
  3. Prioritize conflicting requests and balance concurrent projects including escalations to leadership as required.
  4. Collaborate with other customer-facing teams Project Management Support Account Managers Customer Success.
  5. Support RFI/RFP responses and evaluation.
  6. Provide technical mentorship to team members.
  7. Ensure accurate reporting of working hours in project management tools.

About This Role

  • This is an enterprise-scale system integration opportunity.
  • You will be working on healthcare or health insurance industry projects combined with broad technology experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in system integration along with a strong background in software development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Broad technology experience in IT, healthcare, or health insurance industries.
    • Experience with Java programming language and related technologies such as Networking, Databases, Public Cloud, Security, and federation frameworks.
  • Project Management Skills:
    • Prioritizing conflicting requests and balancing concurrent projects.
    • Ensuring timely project delivery and managing escalations.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Support, Account Managers, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of system integration experience on enterprise scale projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience preferably in Java.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
