**About The Role**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Supervisor.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience. They will also be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Team, providing guidance and support to ensure a fun and energetic working environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide input on greater Food and Beverage strategies, contributing to the growth and success of the department.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the Food and Beverage Team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure efficient and effective staffing of the department, meeting financial and service quality targets.
  • Communicate effectively with Team Members, briefing them on all specials and standard menu items.
  • Assist in recruitment and induction of new Team Members.
