Exciting Career Opportunity: Food and Beverage Leader

Job Description:

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for leading and training a passionate team in all areas of food and beverage operations. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction while overseeing daily operations and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train the F&B team to provide top-notch customer service
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Operations Manager in managing wage costs, revenue, and profitability
  • Support teams across various outlets, plan, organize, schedule, and allocate tasks and activities on a daily basis
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a team with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Available to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster as per business needs
  • Knowledgeable working with POS systems and experienced in supervising, training, and leading future hospitality superstars
