Food and Beverage Service Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to provide exceptional customer service, lead a high-performing team, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, friendly, and welcoming service to all customers
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner and ensure supplies are replenished
  • A hospitality professional able to multitask and assist with various tasks
  • Clear understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety
  • You'll be a team player, physically fit, fluent in English, and have an eye for detail

  • Demonstrated leadership experience working in a fast-paced setting
  • Great team player with a positive attitude and energy
  • Exceptional personal presentation - this role will be in the eye of our customers
  • Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
