National Fleet Optimization Lead

As a key professional in fleet management, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining and servicing commercial fleets nationwide.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Improving operational efficiency through technology innovation, fuel economy, incident management, and data analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinating the commissioning of new fleets for national distribution, including licensing, registration, insurance, and audits.
- Managing end-of-month reporting and invoices for related business payments.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in transport industry or similar, managing teams, maintenance, and services.
- Extensive knowledge of service operations, best practices, and quality standards.
- Experience leading large fleets and contractor workforces.
- A solid understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
