Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a nationwide fleet of ~1,700 vehicles, including acquisitions, maintenance, insurance, and disposal.
  • Develop and implement fleet strategy and optimisation initiatives, such as lease vs ownership decisions, standardised vehicle types, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Create and roll out consistent fleet policies, procedures, and training across all business units.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of fleet management systems, data, and reporting.
Candidate Profile

You are an experienced Fleet professional with at least four years' experience managing complex vehicle fleets. You possess a strong analytical mindset, operational discipline, and a proven ability to drive change.
