About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Coffee Experience Specialist to join our tight-knit team. As a key member of our crew, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with customers and become their trusted expert on all things coffee.

This role offers wide exposure across the business, collaborating with teams such as training, sales, roasting, and marketing to stay up-to-date with the latest products and innovations. Your national portfolio will be diverse, and you will continuously evolve your approach as you work with different types of cafes and clients.

  • You will enjoy a unique work environment filled with coffee proud people who value collaboration and sharing the load when needed.
  • You will have access to 5 extra days of leave through our 'Recharge Leave' offering and get to drink all the coffee you can handle.

This is a full-time role based in our Alexandria office where the coffee roastery magic happens. We are open to speaking with anyone from a customer-centric role, whether it's retail, hospitality, or a call centre.
