Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Coffee Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

As a Coffee Specialist, you will play a key role in engaging with customers, sharing your expertise on coffee, and providing personalized recommendations. Your ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding service will be essential in exceeding customer expectations and driving sales.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team to create a unique and memorable experience for each customer. You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions, and actively contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
