Key Senior Tax Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Perth-based deal advisory team, working on complex transactions in the Australian market.

The deal advisory team is a dynamic and fun group that collaborates with clients across various industries, including resources, private equity, infrastructure, property, and financial services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive tax due diligence
  • Provide expert structuring advice on deal structures and fund structures
  • Review transaction documents
  • Examine tax models
  • Support post-transaction integration
  • Communicate with tax authorities
