Tax Professional Lead

As a Group Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive ASC's tax function forward.
You will be responsible for planning and managing all taxation compliance activities across Australia and international jurisdictions.
Your key responsibilities will include providing timely and accurate advice on corporate transactions, policies, and compliance, reviewing major contracts for tax implications, and leading the implementation and oversight of ASC's Tax Risk Management and Governance Framework.
You will also manage relationships with Revenue Offices, external auditors, and tax advisors (domestic and international) and partner with senior stakeholders to embed tax awareness and support decision-making.
This role requires a highly capable taxation professional with leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring a mix of technical knowledge and leadership skills, with a strong track record of delivering results in complex compliance and advisory matters.
A strategic thinker, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You will need to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Head of Tax & Financial Services.
You will contribute to the company's success through your expertise and guidance, working closely with senior stakeholders to achieve our goals.
