Energy Storage Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to lead and manage field quality assurance activities for energy storage projects.
This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance plans, procedures, and standards to ensure project compliance with industry regulations or best practices. The successful candidate will conduct field inspections and audits to monitor the quality of work performed by field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, identifying and resolving quality issues through coordination with engineering and field teams to implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage field quality assurance activities.
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct field inspections and audits to monitor quality of work.
- Identify and resolve quality issues through corrective action implementation.
- Oversee field projects from initiation to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, quality assurance, or project management, with PV or BESS project experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, engineering standards, and industry regulations.
- Proven experience in managing field operations.
This is a fixed-term role with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment.
