As a Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the excellence and safety of battery energy storage systems. This is a fixed-term position with potential to extend or convert to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans, procedures, and standards to ensure project compliance with industry regulations or best practices.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to monitor the quality of work performed by teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all equipment and materials delivered to site are inspected and documented.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues by coordinating with engineering and teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Amend quality control processes as required to respond to changes in specifications and/or drawings, ensuring that inspection and test plans are adjusted to suit.
  • Review and maintain project quality records.
  • Monitor supplier performance, including making recommendations for improvement.
Leadership:
  • Lead efforts to address design or engineering issues during construction and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure practical, cost-effective solutions that meet requirements.
Project Delivery:
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with teams and stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Monitor progress and report risks or issues.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments to prevent hazards.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, vendors, and teams regarding quality matters.
  • Provide technical support to address quality or performance concerns.
