We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a high-performing team of technical experts, driving the delivery of exceptional digital workplace services to our clients.

The role involves managing the performance of the team and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the team stays up-to-date with the latest technical training, enabling them to provide world-class services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 20-30 individuals comprising service desk analysts, desktop engineers, and technical onsite resources.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and certification within the team, promoting their technical capabilities.

You will report to the Senior Practice Manager and form part of the leadership team alongside approximately 8-9 other Practice Managers across NZ and Australia.

About You:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Able to ensure customer-aligned delivery in accordance with the customers' purpose and sentiment.
  • Experience acting as an escalation lead when managing difficult or frustrated end users in a calm and professional manner.
