About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Optimisation Manager to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of key digital campaigns, including A/B testing and personalised messaging, from ideation to execution and measurement.

As a Digital Optimisation Manager, you will leverage your digital experience, analytics, and expertise to identify breakpoints in our digital customer experiences and drive solutions to increase conversions for the business and a better experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own acquisition and retention outcomes of digital home buying assets across Commbank.com.au, NetBank, and the CommBank app
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of key digital campaigns, including A/B testing and personalised messaging, from ideation to execution and measurement
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting and deep-dive analysis of key metrics
  • Develop and execute on a data-driven tactical roadmap for Home Buying Digital experiences along with key stakeholders
  • Identify and drive key strategic initiatives
  • Develop and drive content strategy to focus on key home loan segments as well as SEO and journeys from paid media
  • Support projects impacting digital acquisition and/or retention experiences for home loan customers
Requirements
  • A clear customer focus with proven channel and stakeholder management experience
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen – Adobe Analytics highly regarded or similar application used to extract useful insights from digital data
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver and own a strategy from inception through to execution
  • Hands-on experience with conversion optimisation platforms (Adobe Experience Platform incl Target, Experience Manager, Audience Manager &/or Journey Optimizer ideal)
  • Passionate about SEO/website/owned channel optimisation, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends – hands-on experience with Semrush and Google Search Console a plus
