Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Maintenance Officer to join our team.

The primary objective of this role is to undertake operational activities associated with preventative and responsive civil maintenance works.

This includes working within a small work team undertaking preventative and responsive civil maintenance activities, maintaining accurate records of work performed, and ensuring customer needs are considered during maintenance works.

You will be responsible for performing all duties in accordance with CHW procedures and practices meeting safety and environmental requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A demonstrated understanding of the safety risks and relevant controls associated with civil construction work.
  • Job specific knowledge and skills obtained through on-the-job training or accredited external training.
  • The ability to analyse issues to identify and implement solutions.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
