Job Requirements- Respond to external service requests; perform fault-finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems.
- Install, commission, and test large hydraulic projects, ensuring high-quality standards and system performance.
- Prepare service quotations and manage documentation (service reports, quality records, customer deliverables).
- Conduct proactive system analysis and recommend maintenance or modernisation solutions to customers.
- Identify spare parts and service opportunities to support ongoing customer needs and drive service growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery and regular client engagement.
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Trade qualification as a Hydraulic Fitter (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in field service and/or hydraulic system maintenance
- Strong hydraulic system knowledge and diagnostic ability
- High attention to quality, safety, and detail
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
