Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers while driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic medical equipment across various imaging modalities in Western Australia. This role has a multi-modality focus including Radiopharmacy (RP), CT, Molecular Imaging (MI) and Xray.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install equipment in a high quality, professional manner with strong attention to detail in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Make corrective repair calls in a timely manner, aligned with customer contract requirements and repair the equipment in accordance with company standards and directives and customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical capability and willingness to work on GE HealthCare medical imaging/medical diagnostic products.
  • Knowledge and prior experience working on cyclotron is highly desirable.
  • Electronic/ Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technician or equivalent electrical trade.
